This 1.5-hour plant walk starts at a farmhouse in Loveland, CO and explores edible shoots, greens, and roots (and mushrooms if we’re lucky) along a tree-lined, riparian creek and disturbed, weedy areas like fields and irrigation ditches that have plants you might find in our local urban areas. If time, we may check out the semi-desert foothill zone on the property. Waterproof boots are a good idea because it can be quite muddy in spring. Masks are required. Thank you!
