This first class provides an overview of research-based nutritional strategies for addressing a wide variety of chronic conditions, preventing disease, and achieving vibrant health. I will share my health journey along with practical strategies for transforming yours through a diet focused on whole, plant-based, SOS-free, organic, and wild food. There will be a detailed overview of current research and resources, as well as a discussion of conflicting opinions. We will close with a Q/A session where participants can ask questions and share their thoughts.
