Is knot good for a diabetic to consume ???
Sorry … Spell check killed my message. I MEANT KNOTWEED
Well I did see some information online about Japanese knotweed (which contains resveratrol) helping to control blood sugar type 2 diabetes…BUT I am not an herbalist and also not sure about how it may interact with medicines. So, I would say it is worth looking into further but I don’t have a great answer for you.
