Description
This 6-hour, hands-on class will take place in the Breckenridge backcountry at a private location high up in French Gulch. It will be a day of plant and mushroom walks and foraging, along with food preparation to create one or more wild dishes. Mushrooms can be variable, so hopefully there is fungi to forage. If not, there are also lots of great plants to learn in this serene mountain setting. It should be awesome no matter what!
