Description
This 6-hour, hands-on class will take place in the foothills above Littleton, Colorado, at a gorgeous private camping retreat with outdoor kitchen. We will learn the local plants of this habitat, and how to forage and use them. We will also do two special hands-on activities–processing wild pine nuts, and making mustard with wild seeds–and learn where, when, and how to forage these ingredients so you can apply your learning in the field.
