Explore the forest! Join me on Wed, July 22, 2026, for an all-day wild food adventure near Bailey, Colorado. We’ll hike a scenic trail, follow a creek, and explore edible plants—and hopefully mushrooms—in a mixed-conifer forest. If wild food is abundant, we’ll do some hands-on foraging, then prepare something to sample at the end. Spend a full day learning, tasting, and connecting with the land.
