In this second class of the Healthy & Wild series, we explore what it means to eat SOS-free—a dietary approach that eliminates (or greatly reduces) added salt, oil, and sugar. Then we dive into oil-free cooking techniques using wild ingredients, with a focus on healthful broths, plant-based creamed soups, and how to sauté mushrooms or vegetables in broth. The session closes with a Q/A, discussion, and sharing.
