In this 2-hour walk on Sat, June 20, 2026 (10 AM -12 PM) in Fairplay we’ll learn edible plants of disturbed settings (weeds!), landscaping plants, and native plants of aspen groves and meadows. There will be opportunities for field tasting, and a talk on safety and sustainability. This is a short walk in a town/yard setting, where there are many edible plants to see and taste! I will have signs with the plant names if you would like to use your camera to take notes. ($50)
