Healthy & Wild series

March 8, 2025 Erica M. Davis Leave a Comment

The new Healthy & Wild series launched on March 15 but you can still check out the first presentation for FREE. In this inspiring health series we dive into nutritional and lifestyle strategies for better living. As you may know, I am a cancer survivor, now 4 years into a health transformation that includes eating a whole food plant-based diet. I am now 25 pounds lighter and completely cured of my lifelong asthma!

It’s a bit of a departure from my normal wild food content, but I keep thinking how things might have been different if I’d learned how to take my health into my own hands 20 years ago. So, I felt compelled to share. Making a radical nutritional change can not only prevent or help to heal cancer, but most chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and more. There are many cases of people reversing their diseases and getting off the meds.

In this hour-long session I share my story along with an overview of research-based nutritional strategies. Future classes will build on this foundation with new topics, cooking techniques, and creative ways to incorporate wild foods—for example, how to replace old standbys like flower fritters and dandelion ice cream with healthier alternatives.

Whether you’re looking to make small changes or completely transform your life, this series will empower you with the knowledge and tools to thrive on your journey to vibrant health.
