Are you wondering what edible plants are growing in your backyard this August? Join us in Arvada, Colorado for a hands-on foraging class focused on local wild edibles in urban spaces. This class includes:

  • A guided plant walk
  • Hands-on foraging
  • Tips on safe and sustainable harvesting
  • A food prep & tasting session using what we find—possibly chokecherries, purslane, lamb’s quarters, or other seasonal surprises
